It’s understood that Tottenham has opened club-to-club talks to sign Savinho from Manchester City. There are negotiations ongoing between Spurs and City, with Savinho open to the move if the two clubs can agree on a fee. Additionally, Savinho is thought to be an ideal player for Tottenham, with Spurs manager Thomas Frank also pushing for the move to happen.

The first proposal has already been sent by Spurs for Savinho, worth up to €50 million, with City wanting a larger fee. Manchester City are open to selling, but only for an appropriate fee.
During his short time at City, Savinho has scored 3 goals and gotten 13 assists in 48 games, averaging a goal contribution every 3 games, which is an adequate standard for a player of his quality.
With a potential Savinho departure, an opportunity for Man City to target Real Madrid’s Rodrygo arises, who City have had long-term interest in. The Brazilian forward is not in Xabi Alonso’s plans for the upcoming season.
In addition to this, Manchester City have agreed a season-long loan deal with Everton for the services of Jack Grealish, with a medical booked later today. There is a buy option included of £50 million if Everton wishes to make the move permanent.

City’s £100m club-record signing has been struggling for minutes under Pep Guardiola.
Grealish made just one Premier League start last season and was an unused substitute at Wembley for the FA Cup Final defeat to Crystal Palace, while he was left out of this summer’s Club World Cup squad.
The England international is desperate for more game time as he looks to force his way into Thomas Tuchel’s thinking for next summer’s World Cup. Everton’s selling points to Grealish were the chances to play regularly and contribute to an ambitious project.
